Susan Polcari brings over 30 years of experience in public accounting and a calm, steady presence to both her clients and colleagues. A graduate of Indiana University’s School of Business, she began her career in Washington, D.C. and Maryland before settling in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is a licensed CPA in Tennessee and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).

Susan specializes in high-net-worth individual tax returns, as well as estate, trust, and gift tax filings. Her broad industry experience spans healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, retail, and restaurants, making her a versatile and trusted advisor.

Outside the office, Susan enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with their family. She is actively involved at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, where she serves on the vestry, acts as treasurer for the women’s group, and plays in the handbell choir. Whether hiking at Enterprise South or crafting handmade cards and scrapbooks, Susan brings creativity and joy to everything she does.
