As our Senior Tax Accountant, you’ll work with a diverse range of clients—from individuals to closely-held businesses—providing expert-level tax preparation, compliance, and strategic insight. You'll play a key role in building long-term relationships and delivering value that goes beyond tax season.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships, and individuals
- Advising clients on tax strategy, planning, and compliance
- Staying up to date on federal, state, and local tax laws
- Mentoring and reviewing work from junior staff
- Collaborating with a high-performing team that shares your drive and values
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master’s a plus)
- Minimum 5+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA preferred (or on the path to becoming one)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Axcess Tax is a plus
- Experience working with closely-held businesses and their owners
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and time management
- A highly motivated, client-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
