She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, and has built a career defined by precision, leadership, and a deep commitment to operational excellence.

At Henderson & Gardner, Jessica oversees human resources and internal operations, ensuring the firm runs smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her organizational savvy and team-focused mindset, she also makes sure firm events are memorable—often featuring a game or two to keep things lively.

Outside the office, Jessica is an active member of the Chattanooga community. She serves on the board of St. Nicholas School and teaches group fitness classes at the Downtown YMCA. A passionate traveler, she’s always planning her next great getaway, embracing new cultures and experiences with enthusiasm.
